Our September 2023 Retreat was honestly one of the best weekends of my life. It was like the ultimate girls weekend, running, laughing, eating, drinking, swimming, reading, yoga’ing - honestly you name it - in a stately home in Suffolk…what’s not to love?!

So, OF COURSE, we had to bring it back! Any excuse to have another weekend with the girls!!

What is The TGR Retreat?!

Good question! I’d never been to a Retreat before the TGR Retreat, the same as I’d never been to a run club before I made TGR….so I made one that looked like the kind of weekend I’d love to go to with the girls! And hopefully one that you’ll love too

Friday 21st June (4pm) - Sunday 23rd June (10:30am)

🏛️ Accommodation at Worlingham Hall, one of the finest stately homes in the UK and alllll the Bridgerton vibes!

🏃‍♀️ All activities included: 2× 5km runs (or walks, you choose!), Saturday morning yoga, mindfulness activities, heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis, library, dancing room, acres of land for you to explore!

🍝 All food and drink, including continental breakfasts, a Sri Lankan dinner feast, BBQ in the sun, and a 3-course dinner party on the Saturday night!

How much will it cost?!

Worlingham Hall has dozens of rooms waiting for us, each individually decorated and with their own quirks. So, we’ve created tiered pricing options to reflect what’s available:

Deluxe room with ensuite:

£575 per person for the 2x nights, based on a sharing occupancy basis of 2x people in each room

Deluxe room with shared bathroom:

£550 per person for the 2x nights, based on a sharing occupancy basis of 2x people in each room. Note: We also have one room available for 3x people in this tier

Standard room with shared bathroom:

£525 per person for the 2x nights, based on a sharing occupancy basis of 2x people in each room

*Note: All rooms will be shared to enable us to keep to the costs above. If you want to come with a friend and share a room together, that’s absolutely fine, please try and book your 2x tickets together & just let us know after booking! We also have 1x room available for 3x girls to share, so bring your friends along!

And, if you’re coming on your own - don’t worry! We have months to get to know eachother on CLIQ, and we’ll also be organising pre-retreat drinks in London so you can get to know the girls and choose who you want to share a room with before the weekend!
